My name is Karen Pellett. And I am a self-proclaimed crazy woman armed with a computer, and I’m not afraid to use it. I was born in Utah eons ago, but over the years migrated to California, Arizona, Massachusetts, Maine, and the greater Seattle area. In the end, I’ve returned to Utah (though my heart still resides in Seattle).

I’ve worked as a photographer, a business analyst, and a freelance writer for newspapers and magazines. But most of my time is spent between raising three overly brilliant (and stinkin’ cute) children, playing video games with my stepsons, and the rare peaceful moment with my husband.

When opportunity provides I escape to an alternate dimension for much needed writing therapy. writing fantasy, magical realism, as well as stories and essays on what life is like raising children on the Autism Spectrum.

I currently reside in the suburbs of Northern Utah.
